Top 5 Lil Uzi Leaks

Since Eternal Atake was announced at the end of 2018 and even after the official release on March 6, 2020, countless Lil Uzi Vert songs have leaked. None of these appeared on EA, though Uzi blessed fans with some of the leaks on the Eternal Atake Deluxe (aka Lil Uzi Vert vs The World 2). As we all know, Uzi’s no stranger to having hits reach the internet, some of his best leaks date back to 2016, solidifying his legendary status one of the internet's most beloved artists of all time.

Looking through Uzi’s entire discography of unreleased songs, here's a list of Lil Uzi Vert’s Top 5 Leaks:

Of Course

Produced by Forza & Oogie Mane, "Of Course" leaked on October 13, 2018, and was believed to be recorded for Eternal Atake in its early form. Uzi played it live for the first time during the Endless Summer Tour and at various concerts after. The deep bass and hypnotic chorus of Uzi moaning over the beat in between verses makes it an instant classic.

Throw It Up (ft. Playboi Carti)

"Throw It Up" is a Pi’erre Bourne produced track by Lil Uzi Vert and Playboi Carti from their never to be released duo album 16*29. The song first leaked on December 13th, 2018, and A practically perfect version leaked on January 9th, 2020. Throw it up is an anthem for where you’re from. Including the chorus shouting out 16, 29 Throw it up, uh Throw it up, uh Throw it up, uh (16) Throw it up, uh (29”) 1600 is Lil Uzi’s North Philly block, and 2900 is Playboi Carti’s block in Atlanta.

Hours Minutes Seconds

"Hours Minutes Seconds" was produced by Pharrell and leaked on August 21, 2020, with another song called Lonesome, both part of a huge online group buy. In Hours Minutes Seconds Uzi exclaims how much he wants to work things out with his significant other giving very strong 2016 Uzi vibes. This may be part of No LUV Lost, a Pharell & Lil Uzi Vert duo project which never came to life.

R.I.P Chico (ft. G Herbo)

"R.I.P. Chico" ft G Herbo is produced by Haz Futcha and is a tribute to Lil Uzi Vert’s deceased friend Chico. The track was recorded and previewed once again in 2017 during sessions for Uzi’s debut studio album, Luv Is Rage 2. The song was leaked on August 12, 2019. Uzi cements Chico’s memory over a summer sounding beat with a chorus proclaiming “Man, I miss lil' Danny, why does it have to be Chico?”

Fly Hoe

Produced by Maaly Raw, "Fly Hoe" leaked early in 2016 and spread across the internet, and to this day mixed and mastered sounding versions can be found everywhere online. Despite it being 4 years, "Fly Hoe" gave fans an early look into the hard-hitting bass rockstar Uzi we know and love today.
