The Italian brand Diadora first released the shoe on April 30, 2016, and then again on July 30, 2016, in two different colorways. The sneaker made its mark in its time and sold out fast. This summer, keeping the 2021 Tokyo Olympics in mind, it looks like the shoe can make a comeback with the same energy. Released in two colors, metallic gold, and silver, the American flag makes a nice touch to the patriotic ambiance of the Olympics.

Moschino's own Jeremy Scott went wild on these. We are all aware that summer brings in new fashion trends each year, but Jeremy Scott's 'Flower Powers,' will never go out of style. The 2012 collaboration shoe incorporates the Adidas "all originals" features and is printed with an all-over floral design. We see a stuffed bear head on its head tongue. They also include green stitched textile lining, sole, and laces that are hit with slime. The neon yellow and fluorescent pink plush print brings these psychedelic sneakers to life.

Released: August 2012

8. Air Jordan 1 Mid "Tropical Twist"

The Mid's in this year's upcoming line-up are looking clean. Of course, that includes the Air Jordan "Tropical Twist." The black toe and white base are a catalyst for the turquoise-esque blue to pop. The white bases and black soles remind us of the silhouette's past releases. The color and designs are a total match to a post-pandemic summer vibe. We need a tropical vacation, and more urgently, need these on my feet with a Pina Colada in hand - Now.

Cost: $115

Release date: June 22

9. Yeezy Boost 700 "Sun"

This sunset remix of the "Wave Runner" was released back in January of 2021. However, it isn't too late to bring in this shoe for the season. The black turquoise panels and yellow upper of this shoe put an amazing touch to the Yeezy design. Straying far away from the classic mute and dulled colors of Yeezy's most recent work, this shoe would be a critical grab in completing the versatility of your collection. These would make an awesome sunset viewing sneaker. (That is if you'd let yourself wear 'em to the beach in the first place.)

Cost: $240

Released: January 23

10. A Bathing Ape Bapesta Tri-Color Red (2018)

photo via A Bathing Ape

This glossy red and blue shoe could complete a chill Independence Day fit. This model resembles the 20th-anniversary Bapesta, a key difference being the lack of shark behind the laces and iconic BAPE star. In the 2018 model, you can see a white dotted top as well. Personally speaking, Bapesta's are best fitted when beat up and worn down a bit, so by all means, get outside and show off some grass stains.

Cost: $265

Released: July 28, 2018
